Concrete Paver Cleaning and Sealing
There is a vast array of paver sealing products on the market today and you may be asking yourself "do I go with a company that uses solvent based sealer ?" or "do I go with a company that uses water based sealer ?" ..."Acrylic or polyurethane ?? ". I utilize both solvent based sealers and water based sealers ! There are differences in finish and durability with both and it all just depends on the wants and needs of my customers. Both water based and solvent based sealers have their pros and cons and it is important to know what they are. Water based sealers are the easiest to apply and are more forgiving while as solvent based sealers require more expertise and patience.
Travertine Cleaning and Sealing
The Cleaning and Sealing Process for Travertine is NOT the same as concrete pavers, In fact it is completely different. The cleaning process is a gentler process and the chemical make up of travertine sealer is different all together. Your travertine investment is expensive, It took thousands of years for the earth to make it and hard labor to cut it into pavers and then it was shipped overseas to be installed at your home. Polymeric sand installation
Polymeric sand is a special joint sand that has polymers within the mix design. Once the polymeric sand has cured it becomes hardened like concrete and is impenetrable to insects, weeds and plant growth. Brix Worx is experienced in the installation and use of polymeric sand.

ABOUT
Over the past 25 years I have been involved in all aspects of the concrete and travertine paver industry including Project management, Project estimating, Manufacturing and Paver Sealing. I earned my concrete paver certification from the Interlocking concrete pavement institute (I.C.P.I) in 2002 and my techniSeal certification in 2007.
In early 2020 I started Brix Worx, LLC because I saw a real need for an honest and knowledgeable paver cleaning, sealing, repair and restoration company. I am a long time "paver guy" and promise to provide my customers with the very best customer service and quality that is unmatched in the industry.
